FAQ’s

You’ve got questions and we’ve got answers. We encourage you to ask as many you can think of. We want your trip and understanding of what is expected to be clear so everyone can enjoy a great time.

Below are listed some common questions, and depending on the Yacht you choose, some will have other needs associated with the charter.

If there are any concerns, issues, requests please go over them with us during booking so we can discuss all your needs.

We are here to help you create a wonderful time. We want you to love our service and anyway we can help please ask.

Yacht for a specific period of time, tax, gratuity for a captain, equipment if available (please check with your booking agent), complimentary soda, water, and ice.

Please check your desired yacht’s occupancy on the yacht page. Absolute maximum number of people allowed aboard any yacht is 12 passengers (including children and infants). This is a USCG (United States Coast Guard) law that applies to all vessels regardless of size.

Gratuity is built into the price as our crew will always go an extra nautical mile for you. But you are welcome to appreciate them even more if you would like.

We keep our yachts clean and neat for your enjoyment. You are welcome to bring whatever snacks you enjoy most and our recommendation would be ready made foods so you can enjoy the maximum time on the water. We also offer catering, chef prepared meals, and service from dockside restaurants – just ask while booking.

Pick your poison (but no red wine as those cleaning charges are not going to be small if the wave rolls in…)

No glassware is allowed on board, but we can provide plasticware for your convenience.

50% of the total cost of your charter will be collected up front to reserve it for you.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to departure.

Yes! Please request it from your booking agent. Please double-check that everyone in the group has a valid passport. We’ll have to go through customs when we return to the United States. Allow for additional time at the end of the charter.

We can pick you up or drop you off practically anywhere, depending on the availability of a pier and the required water depth. Keep in mind that certain locations will demand a landing fee. The charter begins when the yacht departs the home marina; you may always buy extra time to compensate for the convenience of a pickup.

There are no exceptions to the non-refundable nature of yacht charters, including but not limited to random acts of God, virus epidemics, and storms. Cancellations are redeemable for a period of up to one year from the contracted charter date.

Because Miami is tropical, it may rain here and there but will be sunny for the majority of the day, so don’t worry! However, if you must cancel the charter due to poor weather, you may reschedule. Rescheduling is only eligible once for a period of one year from the original contracted charter date. The request is conditional on availability and excludes major and local holidays.

A standard 30% advance provisioning allowance (APA) is collected to cover various expenses such as fuel, docking, meals, and beverages. Unused funds can be refunded or applied to crew gratuity upon return.
